Help 6021GPS DVD Player no sound on sat nav
My system all works really well, except for my sat nav has no sound, cant hear directions,i have checked all volume contols and mute buttons but still no sound from sat nav.When my radio is on at the same time as sat nav, it goes to very low volume and then back to normal, I think this is the sat nave voice trying to speak but no sound comes out, can you help. my car is chrysler 300c touring

Hi Mike,do you mean you can't use dual zone function ? You can't  hear radio when navigation ? If so ,please follow my steps as below:
1.Go to navigation menu ,then press the "band" button  which is ion the front panel  a few seconds
2.Please choose the radio or other music you like
3.Press "band" button ,the car dvd player will return to navigation

After done that ,you can listen to radio and navigation at the same time
