How to select the correct shipping method for your order?

We got some Complaints for the shipment these days,most of them are "delay" or "not arrive","no information"...so we thought it is time to explain about the shipping method to all of our customers to reduce complaints and help you to select the correct shipping method before payment.
We ship the orders by DHL/EMS/Hongkong Post as normal,this is our main Carriers,so what is the difference of these company beside shipping price?Here is something we show you depends on our experience,mybe something difference with the decription from their official site,but it is the true what we met during more than 5 years service,hope that it is helpful for you to select the correct one:
1.DHL:
It is goof for most of the countries as our experience,fast and cheaper,and good service.We can track the status of the package online with very detailed instruction.That's why we Recommended to most of the customer.
Feature:
DHL will do the custom cleaning for you,prepaid the custom tax for you,and you can pay it when you get the package in your house or office,it is "door to door" service,so it is fast and simple for import goods oversea,especially for the expensive goods like our car dvd player,it is safe.
DHL will charge the shipping by weight and Volume,it means you need to pay more if the goods has same weight but bigger volume,so it is not good for some of the product if it has big volume,for example the headrest dvd player,it is light in weight,but big in volume,that's why we recommend the custom to ship it by EMS.
2.EMS:
It charge the shipping by weight only,no matter how much the volume is,but they can ship less than 30KGS in one carton only.It means we need to pack all of the goods you need in one package only,and the total weight need to less than 30KGS,or we need to ship parts of them as second package.
Actually EMS is the Post Service running by Government,or we can call it Post Office Sevice.The carrier is the post office in every country,but not every country do the cooperation with China Post Office,that's why we can not ship by EMS to some of the countries.It is Government to Government,so it will be slower than DHL,as you know,It is "Bureaucratic" in every country,sometimes we just can "wait",and nothing. That's why we can not track the details of the package online.So we recommend our customer to ship the product by DHL,but you can select EMS if the volume of the product is too big.
Finally,EMS is post office service,some it is name "EMS" in China,but sometime it has different name in different country,for example in USA it name "USPS".Just go to the post office will be correct.And all of our returned package need to be shipped back by EMS,because it cost no custom tax as normal.So if you don't want to pay high custom tax and you can waiting long time in shipment,EMS is not a bad choice.
3.Hongkong Post:
Hongkong post is the service for the small order only,for the products which less than 2KGS,but it is really cheap!The problem is that you can not track the details online,similar with EMS because they are the same company but different service.It will take around 7days to 20 days as normal on trip,and we can not push them,just wait.So it is not good for you to ship by Hongkong post for the expensive products,just for something cheap and small,like the rear cameras.
4.By air:
If you order more than 100KGS,it is better for you to select shipped by air,the shipping rate is much cheaper than DHL,but it is fast,too.By air,you need to go to do the custom cleaning yourself and pick up the goods yourself from the airport.
5.By Sea:
If you order a bulk order,you can select ship by sea,the shipping rate is really cheaper than DHL,but the shipment trip will be longer,for example,it will take around 30 days to brazil,and you need to do the custom cleaning yourself and pick up the goods yourself,too in the port.
6.UPS,Fedex,TNT and others:
We use little service from UPS,Fedex,TNT or others,because they are a little expensive than DHL,but similar service,and Fedex is the most expensive service as our experience.That's why you can not see the options for these shipping method in our site.If you need it,so you can contact us and tell our sale team to prepare for you,it is no problem.
