Do I need to pay custom tax?

About Import Tax:
1.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
2.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3.Some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing good from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
4.Buyers as importer are responsible for paying such costs. Buyers can not request to cancel the order or request for refund or resend under this situation.
5.We will try our best to help our buyer to minimize the risk of paying taxes, but you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay taxes.
